Directions

Preparation:

Sift Flour and form into a bowl

Add a room temperature Egg to center of bowl and beat till mixed evenly 

Add Salt, Baking Soda and Olive Oil to the center and mix evenly

Add warm water and mix evenly

Mix in the flour and knead the dough 

Roll the dough into a ball tucking the edges at the bottom

Test the elasticity of the dough by lightly pressing the dough in with a finger "it should rebound after a light press

Cover the dough with olive oil, and wrap the dough with plastic wrap, keeping the seam side of the dough on the surface

Cooking:

Let the dough rest for at least 30 mins 

Roll the dough

Once the pasta is formed, cook in boiling water for 5-6 mins and serve
