Chicken Shawarma 

​

  • Seal the bowl with plastic wrap. Wrap the bowl tight, so that the marinade touches all of the chicken, Let the chicken marinade for 1-4 days.

  • Preheat oven to 450

  • Set an onion on the base of the skewer and then layer chicken.

  • Finish off the tower with a tomato 

  • Cook until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, internally. 

  • Top with the onion, tomato, fresh cucumbers and white sauce

Instructions:

  • Cut chicken thinly. Each breast should be cut 4-6 times 

  • Prepare marinade by mixing remaining ingredients together

  • Layer the chicken and marinade in a bowl.
