Seal the bowl with plastic wrap. Wrap the bowl tight, so that the marinade touches all of the chicken, Let the chicken marinade for 1-4 days.

Preheat oven to 450

Set an onion on the base of the skewer and then layer chicken.

Finish off the tower with a tomato
-
Cook until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, internally.

Top with the onion, tomato, fresh cucumbers and white sauce
Instructions:

Cut chicken thinly. Each breast should be cut 4-6 times
-
Prepare marinade by mixing remaining ingredients together
-
Layer the chicken and marinade in a bowl.
