Chicken Shawarma

Directions



Make marinade

mix yogurt, parsley, curry, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl



cut chicken breast into thin layers (4-6 cuts/chicken breast)



layer marinade and chicken breast in a bowl



let the chicken sit in marinade for 1-4 days



place onion on a skewer



layer the chicken on the skewer



place an tomato on top of the chicken



cook at 450 degrees till chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F

2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds

1 Avocado 

1/2 cup of Cucumber, diced 

hand of Cilantro, chopped 

1 tbsp of Lime Juice

salt and pepper to taste
