Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Directions

Preparation:

Season shrimp with salt and pepper 

 

Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a medium-hi heated skillet 

 

Add the shrimp, cook until they begin to turn pink. 

Once all the shrimp is cooked, add the garlic. Cook the garlic till the garlic gives an aroma.

Once the garlic gives off an aroma, add the lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water  and cayenne. When adding the lemon juice, scrape the pan to get those flavors. Remove from heat and return shrimp for a coating.

Top with parsley
